Phoenix Sculptured Artware Glass Caramel Jeweled Moon & Stars Cake Plate Stand

A Vintage Phoenix Sculptured Artware Glass Cake Stand. Measures about 11" in diameter and 6 1/4" in height. The photos make it look crooked, but it's not.
CONDITION:  In nice shape. A flake and a scraped spot on the top rim. Some surface scratches and some bumps and roughness along the seams and edges.
I purchase all of my items at auctions, estate sales and flea markets so cannot be sure of their history or whether they've come from smoke-free or pet-free homes.  I do my best to list any damage or use, but I'm not an expert.  So if there's something specific you need to know before bidding, please ask.
