Vintage Consolidated Glass White Vase with Hand Painted Ivy

First, please disregard that fuzzy black mark that appears in the pictures.  It is NOT on the item but in my camera somewhere.
Fresh to the market is this nice vintage glass vase that features hand painted ivy on it.  It has a very simplistic beauty with the white glass, the hand painted ivy and the shape.  Very attractive and classic.  I believe it was produced by Phoenix/Consolidated.
I would date this back to the late 1940's into the 1950's or so when ivy was so popular in all kinds of things.  The style was ivy in dishes, décor, ivy bowls in glass etc.
This piece is today considered milk glass, but not the heavy kind that was produced by many others, but a lighter type of glass.  The correct term for milk glass is opaline glass and that is what this is.
It is beautifully decorated with ivy vines, and accented with a gold rim at the top.  The painting is in very good condition.  There is some wear to the gold band.
This nice old piece measures approx. 91/4" tall.
